Our Old School boxing gloves are constructed using the same methods as the classics of yesteryear, but with an improved design for better protection. These are made from a beautiful vintage-look leather, and employ a durable soft fiber filled padding which mimics horsehair but molds around your hands in a way unlike any other. The fiber filled padding is long-lasting and perfectly suited to the rigors of modern training.  


The pattern for these gloves is based on the dissection of several different high quality antique pairs of boxing gloves. Due to their thickly padded and plush nature, and the ease with which you can open your hand to catch punches and clinch, they are ideal for sparring, but can also be used on the heavy bag or pads
 
There are no other authentic yet functional old school boxing gloves like these currently in production. We believe that this style of glove should be available to all active boxers. These 16oz Laceup Old School boxing gloves are constructed using the same methods as the classics of yesteryear, but utilise an improved design for better protection and modern multilayered foam padding. 


These gloves have a more dense feel to them than our other Old School gloves, and are therefore very well suited for bagwork, padwork or sparring.
